Empire Breeders Classic stallion nomination due March 15
The Empire Breeders Classic (EBC) conditions require that stallions registered in the state of New York that bred mares in 2021 must make the stallion nomination payment for their foals of 2022 to race as 3-year-olds in the 2025 EBC by March 15, 2023.
