HHYF’s Royal Attire Retired at 21-Years-Old
The Harness Horse Youth Foundation (HHYF) spent the summer traveling and conducting programs to teach kids about harness racing in Indiana, Ohio, New Jersey, and New York. At the conclusion of the Gaitway Farm program on Tuesday, (Aug. 4), the 21-year-old standardbred gelding Royal Attire made his final rounds as an accomplished ambassador for harness racing.

Thomas Calder “Tom” Wine II, 62, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday (Aug.4). He was born on October 10, 1963, in Englewood, California.

In July, it was announced that legislation was updated to allow all New York Sired horses to be eligible to compete at every level of the New York Sire Stakes program. This update allows each Winbak-Bred yearling sired by a New York Stallion to be eligible to New York Sire Stakes, Excelsior Series and the County Fairs.
OHHA reschedules TV and Tickets giveaway
