Columbus, OH — The fifth installment of the 2016 Chats with Champs video series features Dr. Ian Moore, trainer of 2015 Dan Patch Older Pacing Horse of the Year, State Treasurer.

We visited Moore at his stable at Southern Oaks Training Center in Sorrento, Fla., to see State Treasurer, ask the trainer about State Treasurer’s award-winning 2015 season, and look ahead to this year’s stakes schedule.
