Harrisburg, PA — Ray Cotolo of North American Harness Update called his first two full racing programs on Friday (Aug. 31) and Saturday (Sept. 1).

Cotolo worked the announcing position at the Woodstock/Shenandoah County Fair in Virginia where harness racing was the feature.
