Columbus, OH — Daniel Milton Rooney, the brother of Empire City at Yonkers Raceway President Timothy Rooney, and a former U.S. Ambassador to Ireland, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Chairman of the Pittsburgh Steelers, passed away surrounded by members of his loving family on April 13, 2017.
