Columbus, OH — Delbert Richards, 68, died on April 4 at his home in Harrington, Del. The native of Caribou, Maine, collected $6.6 million in the sulky and $668,679 from conditioning horses throughout his decades of involvement in the sport.

A celebration of Richards’ life with a gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4 p.m. Friday (April 7) at Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, Del.
