Draw on Sunday for PASS finals at Harrah’s Chester

by Jerry Connors, the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission

Harrisburg, PA — The Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission reminds all owners and trainers with 2-year-olds eligible to the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes championships or consolations that these races have been moved to Harrah’s Chester Racino on Wednesday, September 24, with a draw date of Sunday morning, September 21.

Originally the races had been scheduled a day earlier at The Meadows, but due to a large amount of construction at that track, it was felt that it was better to move the races to Chester to give owners and other participants the full opportunity to taste “the thrill of victory.”

Harrah’s Chester race secretary Rick Kane can be reached at (484) 490-2222 for information about box closing time and detention information for the championship horses.
