Batavia, NY — Race secretary Joe Zambito would like to remind all horsemen that Batavia Downs Gaming will be hosting the Diamond Sparkler and Happy Lady Pacing Series beginning on October 8.

The Diamond Sparkler will be for colts and geldings and the Happy Lady for the fillies and mares. Each will be for non-winners of five extended pari-mutuel races or $20,000 lifetime as of June 1. A $500 entry fee must be received by October 1.

Each series will consist of three legs and a final. Horses with the most money earned will advance to the finals. No more then two entries per trainer/owner in any division or final. Divisions and finals will be limited to a maximum field of nine.
