Nichols, NY — Duly Resolved (Tyler Miller) took the featured $15,000 Open Trot at Tioga Downs on Saturday (Aug. 9).
Duly Resolved ($10.80) was first to the quarter in :26.2. He used a :29.3 second quarter as he led to the half in :56. Third-place finisher Enola (Mike Merton) was first to make a move heading down the backstretch but never got close to Duly Resolved, who was first to three-quarters in 1:23.2.
As they reached the stretch, second-place finisher Purple Lord (Jim Pantaleano) popped the pocket and came all-out after the leader. Duly Resolved dug in and won in 1:53.1.

Duly Resolved is a 6-year-old gelding by Resolve. He is owned by Pollack Racing and trained by Jeff Cullipher. It was his seventh win this season. He now has 22 career victories.
Tyler Miller, Jim Pantaleano and Ridge Warren had driving doubles. Jamie Daley had a training double.
