Mechanicsville, VA — There is an ongoing election for the entire board of directors of the Virginia Harness Horse Association.

If you were an owner or trainer that raced in Virginia in 2013 or 2014 you will receive a ballot.

Your vote will help determine the direction of future racing in Virginia.
