Toronto, ON — Participants in the Gold Super Finals for Ontario Sire Stakes 2-year-old colt trotters and 2-year-old colt pacers, to be held Saturday (Sept. 28), are advised that an emergency hearing has been called by the Ontario Racing Commission to hear two appeals related to the breaking rule.

Interested parties can attend and make submission at the hearing, which will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday (Sept. 24) at the Hearing Room of the ORC at 10 Carlson Court, Suite 400, in Toronto.

The appellants for Arthur Blue Chip (2-year-old colt pace) and Utopia (2-year-old colt trot) are separately appealing the application of ORC Rule 12.10.01 and 12.10.02 related to breaks and related to their eligibility to enter their respective Super Final races.
