Columbus, OH — On Sunday (Feb. 4) Blooded Horse Sales Company announced they will be unable to conduct their Winter Speed Sale on Monday (Feb. 12) at the Delaware County Fairgrounds under the advisement of Tom Wright, that facility’s race secretary.
