$50,000 FSBOA Breeders Incentive

In 2014 the FSBOA will offer owners of registered mares a share of a total cash incentive of $50,000 to breed their mares in 2014 and have their foals registered in 2015 on or before Aug. 15, 2015.

The rules to receive the cash incentive are as follows:

• The mare owner must be registered with the USTA
• The stallion must be a Florida registered stallion
• The mare owner must be a registered member of the FSBOA in 2014
• Up to $1,000 will be offered for each foal born and registered by the deadline date
• The foals must be registered with the USTA and the FSBOA on or before Aug. 15 of the foaling year

This offer was introduced in 2012 as an attempt to increase the production of foals in Florida in 2013. The offer is being continued in 2014 and 2015.
