Four Starzzz Shark will shuttle to Australia

Lexington, KY — Brittany Stallion Management is very pleased to announce that Four Starzzz Shark will shuttle to the Southern Hemisphere and stand at Empire Stallions in Victoria, Australia this coming season.

Four Starzzz Shark is a world champion son of Cam’s Card Shark with multiple stakes victories to his credit including the Cane Pace and Historic-Jersey Cup at 3.

In 2004, he captured the William Haughton, the Molson Pace and the Graduate Final and was voted the Older Pacer of the Year. He also recorded the fastest mile of that year when pacing in 1:47.4 and scored nine victories in 1:50 or faster during his 25-win career.

Four Starzzz Shark’s toughness is attested to by the fact that he raced at the highest level for fiive consecutive years, amassing career earnings of $2,537,267 while facing and defeating the best the sport had to offer.

From a test crop of two foals, now 3-year-olds, Four Starzzz Shark has produced Four Starz Horndog p,3,1:52f, the winner of the 2008 Helen Dancer at Freehold in 1:55.2h. His only other offspring from that crop is Four Starz Affair p,3,1:57f-‘08, a late-closer winner who has been stakes-placed in a Grand Circuit event and race timed in 1:51.3.

Four Starzzz Shark’s first full crop of 2-year-olds is just now starting to baby race with his first two performers at the Meadowlands on June 11 stunning the onlookers in their initial appearance. Girls Nite Out won in 1:58.2 with a final quarter in a blistering :25.4, with another Four Starzzz Shark filly (Nikajah) being second in that mile, pacing her final quarter in :25.2.

Empire Stallions is owned and operated by David James and Donna Egan of David James Bloodstock Ltd., Circleville, New York, making it the only U.S. owned and managed breeding operation in the Southern Hemisphere.
