Columbus, OH — Gerald F. “Jerry” Schneider, 87, of Waynesville, Ohio, died Sept. 5, 2024.
He was born Oct. 23, 1936, in Middletown, Ohio, to the late William and Erma Schneider.
Mr. Schneider retired as Chief Psychologist at Hamilton County School District and from his private practice. In addition to psychology he assisted with pre-evaluations for the Lebanon Police Department and Warren County Sheriff Department including crisis negotiations.
He enjoyed Standardbred racing and fishing, but most enjoyed spending quality time with his wife, Barbara.
He is well loved and will be deeply missed.
Mr. Schneider is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara; and numerous family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Gerald F. II; brother, Don; and sister, Donna Mae Hensley.
