Harness Racing Museum announces stallion auction roster

from the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame

Goshen, NY — The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is pleased to announce the stallion participants in its annual Stallion Breeding Auction.

We are grateful to the Standardbred owners who have donated their stallion’s services, investing in the institution’s future, and encouraging its work to protect and promote Harness Racing’s special memories and exciting times. The Stallion Auction is an extremely important fundraising project for the museum, with proceeds providing significant annual operating support. The $213,000 that has been raised since 1999 helps to ensure continuance of the quality promotional and research services and educational programming the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is depended upon to provide the harness racing community.

The 2007 Stallion Auction roster includes three newcomers to the breeding shed in Ponder, American Mike, and Upalazyriver.

In Pennsylvania, Ponder, winner of the U.S. Pacing Championship, will join pacing stallions Allamerican Ingot, Arturo, Dragon’s Lair, and Little Brown Jug winner Magical Mike.
