Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame to host Old-Fashioned Halloween Open House

Goshen, NY – Bring the kids to the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, 240 Main Street, Goshen, New York on Saturday, October 26, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for a fun-filled old-fashioned Halloween celebration and a walk through our spooky stable. Participate in creepy crafts, play hauntingly fun games and enjoy sweet treats. Decorate a headless horseman, spider mummy or ghostly monster pumpkin to frighten off those Halloween spirits and make a bat-styled candy box filled with sweet treats.  Pumpkins are limited and are first come, first served, so don’t be late! There will be a spooky skeletal horse toy for every child and refreshments for the entire family.

The first 40 children pay $5 and receive a pumpkin to decorate. Bring your own pumpkin and for $3 we will provide the spooky pumpkin decorations. Parents are free. Reservations are not accepted.

Refreshments are sponsored by ShopRite of Chester & Soons Orchard of New Hampton. Pumpkins are provided by Soons Orchard & Manza Farms of Montgomery.
