Harrah’s Philadelphia qualifiers moved to Thursday
November 3, 2019,Chester, PA — Horsemen are advised that this week’s qualifiers at Harrah’s Philadelphia have been moved from their usual Tuesday morning (Nov. 5) slot to Thursday (Nov. 7).
The qualifiers will take place before the pari-mutuel card, beginning at 11:15 a.m.
