Batavia, NY – Hello In There made one move and then just ran away and hid as she made quick and easy work of her seven feminine foes in the $10,000 filly and mares A-AA pacing feature at Batavia Downs on Wednesday (Nov. 26) evening.

Hello In There (Joe Chindano Jr.) got away fifth and 7-¼ lengths behind Face The Shadows (Drew Monti) who skated through quarters of :27.1 and :57. As the race made its way onto the second circuit, RIghtfully Mine (Kyle Swift) pulled first-over and Hello In There was more than grateful for the live tow.
Rightfully Mine dropped into the three-length hole behind Face The Shadows to save ground, leaving Hello In There on her own in the breeze. But that worked out well for her because Hello In There blew by Rightfully Mine and Face The Shadows and then crossed over to the pegs at three-quarters in 1:26. From there, Hello In There swelled up and opened a four length gap at the top of the stretch and then bolted home on top by 10-1/2 lengths in a 1:55.3 trouncing.
It was the sixth win of the year for Hello In There ($4.28) who is owned by Galliers Racing and trained by Ron Beback Jr.
Hello In There was only one of four wins Chindano had on the card. He also scored with Runrunjimmydunn N (2:02.1, $5.50), Lizzy Lite Hands (1:59.1, $9.10) and Mr. Cool Seaeyre N (2:02.3, $15.04) to round out his grand slam.
After no one hit the Pick-5 wager at Batavia Downs on Wednesday, there is a $1,127 carryover pool for that wager in the first race when live racing resumes on Saturday (Nov. 29) and the management of Batavia Downs has announced that the pool will be guaranteed at $5,000 through the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering program. As part of that program, Trackmaster will provide free full past performance program pages that can be downloaded (when they become available) at handicapping.ustrotting.com.
The Pick-5 at Batavia Downs is a 50-cent minimum wager that starts in race one and runs through race five. Post time for the first race is 6 p.m.
