Paris, KY–Pat Meiners, the longtime secretary at Steve and Cindy Stewart’s Hunterton Farm, died unexpectedly Saturday, Oct. 30. She was 72.

Ms. Meiners had served as the secretary for Hunterton since 1974, keeping track of the bookkeeping details of the hundreds of horses that reside at the farm. Outside of her work for Hunterton, she was very active in the Catholic community in Paris, Ky.
