Harrington, DE – Jim Magno and Joe Fonte’s Incaseyoudidntknow ($3.20, Jim Morand) was a 1:53.4 winner despite a less than ideal journey over a sloppy racetrack in the featured $18,000 Mares Open Tuesday (July 1) at Harrington Raceway.

Square Deal blasted from post seven to assume command early where she would stay through fractions of :27.4, :55.4 and 1:24.3 while Incaseyoudidntknow was parked on the outside the entire mile. Incaseyoudidntknow miraculously surged in mid-stretch despite the overland trip and cruised to her sixth win of the year for trainer Les Givens. The Always B Miki 7-year-old notched her 44th career win and sixth of the season. Jett Propelled was second with Feeling Sweet third.
Morand and Givens teamed up later in the card for a 1:53.2 win with Stephen Messick’s Misty Coast ($2.80) who dominated in a $10,000 conditioned pace.
Allan Davis won five races on the card.
Wednesday (July 2) (post time 4:30 p.m.) will be the last night before the summer break. Racing will return for the July 17 Delaware State Fair program (post time 5 p.m.).
