Springfield, IL — Would you like to become more involved in harness racing, even though you don’t own a race horse, or also if you do?

The Illinois Standardbred Owners and Breeders Association, Inc. is beginning a new program this summer that would allow interested persons to observe, learn, and possibly participate in race programs that include qualifiers, ISOBA Summer Previews, county fairs, and/or ISOBA Fall Review.
