Columbus, OH — The Illinois Standardbred Owners & Breeders Association (ISOBA) will be hosting qualifiers and a fair officials seminar at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Ill., this coming month.

Qualifiers will start Saturday, April 11, at 10:00 a.m. and continue each Saturday as entries warrant, through May. Entries can be called into the ISOBA office at (217) 522-8781.

On May 1, starting at 9:30 a.m., a fair officials and publicity seminar will be held at the Illinois Department of Agriculture Building at the State Fairgrounds. All state fair officials are strongly urged to save the date and attend this continuing education seminar.

Other topics, including fair publicity, the USTA’s “Best Practices” manual and more will be discussed.
