Harrington, DE – Elizabeth and Bret Brittingham’s Itsrockandroll A ($3.60, Allan Davis) won his fifth straight race in the $20,000 Open Monday (Sept. 4) at Harrington Raceway in 1:52.2.
The 8-year-old A Rocknroll Dance gelding overcame the outside post to score his eighth win of the year for trainer Don Brittingham. The winner challenged pacesetter Major Betts first over, getting the lead in deep stretch to keep his win streak intact. All of his wins during the streak have come from outside posts. He has banked $121,290 this season.
Tony Morgan had three wins on the card.
