Harrington, DE –– Steve Warrington and Rebecca Pitre’s Costly Legs and Jeanne McInnis and Nancy Jackson’s Jay Low each won their respective $15,000 divisions of the second leg of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) for three-year-old pacing fillies on Tuesday at Harrington Raceway.

Costly Legs and driver Steve Warrington dominated their division in the second leg of the DSBF on Tuesday.
Jay Low and driver Ross Wolfenden hit their best stride late and passed leader Tug River Willow for a 1:59 win, while Costly Legs (Warrington) never had an anxious moment in her 1:573 win, her fourth consecutive triumph.
In the sub-featured $15,000 Filly and Mare Open, Lester Walls and Jack Upchurch’s Cams Little Imp N won wire-to-wire in 1:54. It was her fifth win of the year as her seasonal earnings climbed to $85,000. Kadijah was second with Mapua Magic N third.
The draw for the first annual $135,000 War on the Shore Invitational is Wednesday. Headlined by Battle of Lake Erie winner and harness racing’s newest millionaire, Royal Mattjesty, an elite field of eight is expected for the event.
