Portland, IN – The Jayland Trotting Association has scheduled a public auction for 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 in Bubp Hall at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland, IN with all proceeds to be used for the maintenance of their harness racing track.
