Washington, PA – As part of the annual Pink Out event, two racing superstars will do a “meet and greet” at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows this Friday evening (Oct. 10).
Louprint, currently ranked the No. 1 horse in the sport, and Rodeo Drive Deo, winner of a division of this year’s Adioo Volo, will be on the apron level of the racetrack to meet racing fans. The duo is trained by Ron Burke, the nation’s top-winning trainer, who is based at The Meadows.
Both horses won their respective top races in Delaware, Ohio, during September’s Little Brown Jug week: Louprint is now the reigning Little Brown Jug champion, while Rodeo Drive Deo won the sister race, the Jugette.
Louprint and Rodeo Drive Deo will be brought to the grandstand side of the track from 5-7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to come out and get their photos taken with the 3-year-old champions and learn more about their daily routines and racing careers.
The Pink Out event is held yearly to raise breast cancer awareness and includes Corgi races and a “Pinkest Pup” contest. Post time for the evening card is 5:10 p.m.
