Just Right was a narrow winner in the Sunday feature at Dover.

Tim Tetrick made it a family affair as he drove Just Right, owned by his dad, Midwest horseman Tom Tetrick, to a 1:52.1 triumph. The victory for the Bettor’s Delight-CR Noella gelding, trained by Jim King, was the fastest of his career. Stagecoach Holdup (Tim Curtin) finished second ending a two-race win streak. PW Rainbow (Jim Morand) was third.

In the first of two $14,000 mare paces, Robert Key’s Imperial Flower, with Tony Morgan, had just enough to hold off Community Spirit (Vic Kirby) at the wire in 1:55.1. Panopsis (Tim Tetrick) was third.

In the second $14,000 division, Jeff Franklin and Parent Racing’s Kimmy (with Brad Hanners), a daughter of Western Hanover from Rain Dance Kim, a former track Horse of the Meet, came through with her second win in her last three races with a 1:55 score. Lavish Badlands (Tim Curtin) finished second, ending a streak of three consecutive wins, with Debs Girloffortune (Eddie Davis, Jr.), the show horse.

Earlier, veteran Bob Shahan drove home the longest shot of the night, Flat Out Lucky, using the passing lane for a 53-1 upset in 1:52.3. Jay Shores owns the Tune Town-Flat Out Nitro gelding, breaking a two-season long winless streak. Cool Cal (Sean Bier) and Players Ball (Brad Hanners) were second and third, respectively.

Brad Hanners led all drivers with four wins. Driver Sean Bier and trainer Crissy Crissman each had a double.
