Kleinhans and Wisher Jr. win MADC races Saturday at Big M

East Rutherford, NJ – With two races on the card Saturday night (June 22), the MADC races didn’t disappoint with both events coming down to a photo finish with the winning margins a nose and neck.

In the first race, it was a wire-to-wire score for Peter Kleinhans, driving his own horse Kissinbythebeaches. He had some late drama as the pocket sitter Tony N Rock made a move late with “Yogi” Sheridan, but he came up a nose short. Fourboltmane and Tony Beltrami rounded out the trifecta. The mile was paced in 1:53.2. Symon Spicer trains the winner that driver Kleinhans owns.

In the fifth race, it was a mid-race second over grind for Adrian Wisher Jr., driving Never Easy Z Tam, who got up late by a neck in a three-horse photo finished to pick up his first win at the Big M. Longshot Ideal Flip, driven by James Slendorn, skimmed the cones to come up second-best, while the pace setter Sand Sniper, with Tony Beltrami driving, was another neck back and had to settle for third. The mile was timed in 1:54.2. Alexandra Goldin owns and trains the race winner.

The MADC races will be back next Friday night (June 28) at the Big M with a first post scheduled for 6:20 p.m.
