The Labor Day weekend was a light schedule for the Grand Circuit events with only four Grand Circuit events at Woodbine Mohawk Park including the Grade 1 finals of the Maple Leaf Trot and the Canadian Pacing Derby. Also, on the card the Grade 3 Simcoe stakes for 3-year-old trotting colts and fillies.
September will lead off on Friday and Saturday with nine “Grand Circuit” events.
