Campbellville, ON — Nominations are set to close Wednesday (June 1) for the Alliance Summer Claiming Series.

A total of six Claiming Series will be offered and are scheduled to take place at Hanover, Clinton, Grand River and Georgian during the months of June and July. Each series will feature two preliminary legs and a final.

Below are the conditions for the six events.

Event A: Pace – Horses & Geldings, Claiming $4,500
Event B: Pace – Fillies & Mares, Claiming $4,500
Event C: Trot – Claiming $5,500
Event D: Trot – Claiming $12,000 for N/W of C$30,000 (F&M C$37,500) lifetime, as of midnight, June 1, 2016. No allowances on earnings.
Event E: Pace – Horses & Geldings, Claiming $12,000 for N/W of C$30,000 lifetime, as of midnight, June 1, 2016. No allowances on earnings.
Event F: Pace – Fillies & Mares, Claiming $12,000 for N/W of C$30,000 lifetime, as of midnight, June 1, 2016. No allowances on earnings.

Events A, B and C will feature purses of C$4,000 for the preliminary legs and added C$10,000 to the purse of the final. The purses for Events D, E and F will be C$6,000 for the preliminary legs and an added C$12,000 for the final.

All checks are payable to the Woodbine Entertainment Group. If sending payments by mail, envelopes must be clearly postmarked no later than June 1, 2016 or payment will not be accepted. Registered mail is recommended.

All draws will be held at Clinton Raceway.
