Lenard “Moe” Milburn, 71, of Lebanon, Ohio, died Friday morning (March 16) at Hospice of Butler & Warren counties. He was a horse owner, trainer and driver and amassed just under $1 million in combined earnings since the U.S. Trotting Association began maintaining such records.

His wife Mary proceeded him in death. He leaves behind Jacob, who was like a son, sister Shelia, nieces Cindy & Amanda (Justin), nephew Brandon, greatnephew Ryan, brother-in-laws Robert (Sharon) & John.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday (March 20) at 6 p.m. at the Warren County Fairgrounds. Instead of flowers, donations toward his cremation would be gladly appreciated.
