Harrington, DE – George and Tina Dennis’ Mack ($7.20, Mike Cole) continued his consistent 2022 campaign with a 1:52.3 win in the $20,000 Open Pace Monday (Sept. 5) at Harrington Raceway.

The 5-year-old Mach Three gelding put in a fierce stretch bid to reel in leader Movin On Up for a narrow win. Phils Sun finished third. Mack was forced three-wide on the final turn but gained throughout and was a determined winner.

Mack, a 5-year-old Mach Three gelding, has been on the board in 9-of-12 starts this year and banked $60,120 for trainer Joe Columbo, the meet’s leading conditioner. All three of his wins this season have come over the half-mile Harrington racetrack.

Tony Morgan drove four winners on the card, including Eric Foster’s Bad And Boujee ($5.40), who notched his 4th straight win in the 11th race, a $11,500 conditioned pace. Montrell Teague and Allan Davis each had a double. Trainer Jason Skinner also had a double.
