Mandatory Hi-5 payout Monday at The Meadows

Washington, PA —- The Meadows Racetrack and Casino has announced a mandatory payout of its Jackpot Hi-5 for Monday (Dec. 30). The carryover heading into the mandatory payout date will be a record $105,000.96.

Free past performances, compliments of TrackMaster, for the Hi-5 race are available at handicapping.ustrotting.com.

“This mandatory payout of the Hi-5 wager should put an exclamation point on what has been a strong 2019 season and provide an outstanding wagering proposition for our fans,” said Mark Loewe, Vice President of Racing for The Meadows.

Total wagering through Dec. 15 on the Meadows live racing is up nine percent in 2019.

The Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout race will be the final race on the card, a pace for fillies and mares, winners of two but not more than three extended pari-mutuel races or $20,000 life. A field of 10 is scheduled with Heston Ross and Tony Hall the early morning line favorite at 7-2 starting from post position four. Second choice is Justcallme Bets and Dave Palone from the rail.

The first race on Monday’s card will be at 1:05 p.m., with the 13th race tentatively scheduled for 5:05 p.m.
