Scioto is hosting four $100,000 divisions of the OSS Veterans Championships, which are designated for Ohio-sired horses who are at least 4-years-old. There is one division each for aged horse/gelding pacers and trotters and aged mare pacers and trotters.
As the early 2-1 favorite, Refined (Dan Noble) highlights the division for aged mare trotters. Sugar Instead (Tyler Smith) is the 5-1 third choice behind Jurassic Hattie (Brett Miller) at 5-2.
