Sandwich IL — The Dekalb County Fair at Sandwich, Ill., and the Northern Illinois Colt Association will be sponsoring memorial races again this year for Tim Curtin and Mark Fransen.

Tim and Mark were Illinois horsemen who competed on the Illinois circuits for many years before their passing.

Also honored will be Norm Wilcoxen who passed away earlier this year who traveled the Northern Circuit and maintained the fair racetracks for many years.

They all are deeply missed.

Harness racing at the Sandwich Fair will be Wednesday (Sept. 7) with post time at 11 a.m.
