Yonkers, NY – Once again the Pick-5 proved an elusive target on Wednesday night (Feb. 11) at MGM Yonkers Raceway, leading to a $6,218.97 carryover and $20,000 guaranteed pool in the wager on Thursday night’s (Feb. 12) program.
The guarantee in the Pick-5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program and free past performances, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available at handicapping.ustrotting.com. The Pick-5, which begins in race five and has a $1 minimum, has a takeout rate of 20 percent.
As a reminder, carryovers in the Pick-4s at MGM Yonkers Raceway also went live this week. Rules for Pick-4 carryovers are as follows: If no one hits the early Pick-4, the carryover money goes to that day’s late Pick-4. If no one hits the late Pick-4, the carryover money goes to the next day’s early Pick-4. Both the early and late sequences are $1 minimum bets.
MGM Yonkers Raceway is operating on a Monday through Friday live racing schedule with post time each night at 6:45 p.m. (EST).
