Milton, ON — Woodbine Mohawk Park’s race office has released the details for two new Pop-Up Series.
Each series features two C$15,000 preliminary legs and a C$25,000 final.
The first Pop-Up will be open to pacing fillies and mares that have started for a purse of C$10,000 or less in 2026 and are non-winners of C$50,000 in 2025. Also eligible are starters not averaging C$1,000 per start in 2026 (minimum five starts).
The dates and purses for each leg are as follows:
Leg 1: Friday, Feb. 20
Leg 2: Friday, Feb. 27
Final: Friday, March 6
To be raced Friday or Saturday.
The second Pop-Up will be open to pacing horses and geldings that have started for a purse of C$9,000 or less in 2026 and are non-winners of C$50,000 in 2025. Also eligible are starters not averaging C$1,000 per start in 2026 (minimum five starts).
Leg 1: Sunday, Feb. 22
Leg 2: Sunday, March 1
Final: Sunday, March 8
To be raced Sunday or Monday.
