Milton, ON – Woodbine Mohawk Park’s Race Office has released the details for two Pop-Up Series for pacers starting next week.
Each series features two preliminary legs and a final.
The first Pop-Up will be open to pacing horses that have started for a purse of C$11,000 or less in their last three starts and are non-winners of C$100,000 in 2025. Also eligible are non-winners of C$40,000 in 2025 (minimum 10 starts).
The dates and purses for each leg are as follows:
LEG 1: Friday, Jan. 23: C$16,000
LEG 2- Friday, Jan. 30: C$16,000
FINAL- Friday, Feb. 6: C$30,000
To be raced Friday or Saturday.
The second Pop-Up will be open to pacing horses that have started for a purse of C$9,000 or less in their last three starts and are non-winners of C$50,000 in 2025. Also eligible are non-winners of C$20,000 in 2025 (minimum 10 starts).
The dates and purses for each leg are as follows:
LEG 1: Sunday, Jan. 25: $12,000
LEG 2- Sunday, Feb. 1: $12,000
FINAL- Sunday, Feb. 8: $20,000
To be raced Sunday or Monday.
