Albany, NY — Peter Goold, executive director of the Agriculture and New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund, reminds all horsemen with horses eligible to the New York Sire Stakes to file with the Fund any owner and/or name changes made to horses.

To file a change with the Fund, you must fill out the Fund’s “Owner and Name Change Form.” The form is available on the Fund’s Web site, www.nysirestakes.com, on the “forms and downloads” page or you may contact the Fund at (518) 436-8713 to give the information.

Please note: changes filed with the U.S. Trotting Association are not filed with the Fund; you must file with the Fund directly to have your horse’s name or owner changes updated with the New York Sire Stakes racing program.
