Congratulations to first-year Speed Superintendent Frank Morton and the rest of the Noble County Community Fair Board for doing a great job of hosting the Indiana Fair Circuit races. Race Secretary/Clerk of Course/Charter Pam Cross did her usual great job in all three capacities with the assistance of her aunt, Sharon Steinke. Also, a big thanks to Roy and Charlotte Stantz for running the “Pick the Winner” contest for the enjoyment of those in the grandstand. Last, but not least, thanks to the “young fans” who participated in the stick-horse races at the conclusion of the program.
