Oak Grove, KY — Oak Grove Racing and Gaming is set to open Sunday (April 16). The draw for opening day will be Tuesday (April 11) with the box closing at 1 p.m. (CDT).

The box closes for Monday (April 17) at 1 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday (April 12).

The 30 day meet will feature racing on Sunday and Monday the first five weeks, then move to a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday schedule. Purses for the meet will start out with a daily average in the neighborhood of $140,000. Post time for the meet will be 3 p.m. (CDT).

The meet will feature races for 2-, 3- and 4-year-old Kentucky-breds. The 4-year-old series will start on Sunday (April 23). It will have four legs and a final. The 2- and 3-year-olds will start the week of June 11 through June 13. They will both have two legs and a final.

Lots of money will be up for grabs the entire meet, so come on down to beautiful Western Kentucky and enjoy the fun and excitement of racing at Oak Grove.
