Berlin, MD – The Ocean Downs management team reminds horsemen that racing for Wednesday (June 25) night is “still a go” with qualifying races scheduled at 6:15 p.m. with the regular race card to commence at 7:30 p.m.
“ With the extreme heat expected to dissipate this evening,” said Director of Racing Peter Szymanski. “We have taken all the necessary safety precautions including consultations with the local veterinarians.”
Szymanski also announced that there will be a mandatory trainer/driver meeting in the paddock before the races at 7 p.m.
