Dayton, OH – Oh Look Magic used a front stepping effort to record his fourth straight win in the $28,000 Open Handicap Trot on Tuesday evening (Dec. 23) at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway.
Flagman (Rick Plano) was the fastest off the gate’s wings and led the field of nine past the opening quarter in :27.

Oh Look Magic (Chris Page) was saddled with the outside post 9, but was able to find a spot on the rail in fourth.
Adamsville Road (Luke Hanners) was hung on the outside and was forced to press on and grabbed the lead briefly before Page had the eventual winner on top at the half-mile station in :55.2.
Oh Look Magic let loose with :27.2 third quarter and opened up some daylight down the backstretch.
Adamsville Road couldn’t get close enough to pressure the leader and Oh Look Magic cruised to a 4 ½ length score in 1:51.4.
Caviar Gold (Tyler Smith) edged Flagman for third.
Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi own the five-year-old Lookslikeachpndale gelding, who went to the winner’s circle for the 12th time in 2025.
Sayinwhatimthinkin (Trevor Smith) took the $24,000 Open II Trot in gate-to-wire fashion in 1:54.1.
Angel Nation (Marvin Luna) was 3-½ lengths behind the winner, but outsprinted Team Bravo (Luke Hanners) for the place position.
Jeff Smith trains the Indiana bred Swan For All for Tdtrot.
Sayinwhatimthinkin won for the seventh time this season and for the 11th time during his career.
Trevor Smith had four wins on the 14-race card.
