OHHA announces additional edits to the Ohio Staking Guide

Grove City, OH — The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association has released additional edits to the Ohio Staking Guide.

Page 11: The following stallions were missed on the Ohio Breeders Championship eligibility list for both 2- and 3-year-olds.

Page 12: Delaware County Fair Updates: 2CP has been moved from Wednesday (Sept. 19) to Tuesday (Sept. 18); 3CP has been moved from Thursday (Sept. 20) to Wednesday (Sept. 19).

Page 13: Dayton (Montgomery County) races will be Sept. 23 (not Sept. 4 as was listed in Staking Guide)

Page 14: Western Ohio Colt Racing Association: there are only nine fairs, so when you pay across the board, you are paying for nine.

Dates and location for 2018 Buckeye Stallion Series final and Ohio Fairs Championship announced

The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association is pleased to announce that Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park will host both the 2018 Buckeye Stallion Series final and the Ohio Fairs Championship.

The 2018 Buckeye Stallion Series final will be held Saturday (Oct. 6), in conjunction with the Ohio Sires Stakes 4-year-old and up Veteran Championship races.

The Ohio Fair Championship will be held Saturday (Oct. 20). New this year, all fairs racing in any Ohio Fairs Stakes funded by the Ohio Fairs Fund will be included in the accumulation of points. All points accumulated by Oct. 11 will be used to determine the highest point earners for eligibility.

Reminder that nominations are due March 15.
