Bellville, OH — The Stallion Open House and Dinner Social for all Ohio Breeders will take place Monday (Dec. 16) at Winterwood Farm. The event will go from 3-7 p.m.
With an anticipated 350-plus attendees, we will be showcasing some of Ohio’s top trotting and pacing stallions. The open house is conveniently happening the evening before the Mt. Hope Auction and is just 45 miles from the sales arena.
Also in attendance will be the most valuable Standardbred ever sold at public auction, Amazing Catch. This Walner 3-year-old stallion just sold for a record $1,850,000. A professional photographer will be on staff so you can get your picture taken with Amazing Catch.
Captain Kirk will be represented by Greg Luther of Prolific Equine which may include a surprise appearance from driver Scott Zeron.
Mission Accepted will be represented by Kris Brechler of Knox Services.
Stockade Seelster will be represented by Jeff Fought of Cornerstone Stock Farm and trainer Dr. Ian Moore will be flying in to discuss his thoughts on the stallion.
The event is being hosted by four of Ohio’s top breeders and they’ll be providing free food from Dos Hermanos as well as free dessert from www.AlysItalianIce.com.
Spend time eating and socializing with hundreds of local breeders in our heated VIP Pavilion Tent.
We will be doing pedigree matches and breeding contracts live at the event.
Everyone is welcome to attend and no RSVP is needed.
