Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association to live stream charity night draw

Grove City, OH — The first Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association charity nights is scheduled for Saturday (June 8) at MGM Northfield Park.

Nine charities will participate in the event, each paired with a horse during the sixth race. Each charity will receive a donation from the OHHA for participating. The charity paired with the first place finisher will receive $10,000, second place will receive $5,000, and third place $3,000. All other finishers receive $2,000 donations.

The participating charities will find out which horse they will be cheering for during a live stream on the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association Facebook page on Thursday (June 6) at 1:30 p.m.

The participating charities are Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank, By the Dawn’s Early Light, Emergency Assistance Center, First Tee – Cleveland, Geauga County Library Foundation, Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary, Kent State University Geauga and Twinsburg Academic Center, LCADA Way, and Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry.
