Harrington, DE — Peter Tritton’s OK Ulisee N improved to two-for-two at Harrington Raceway on Thursday with an impressive 1:54.4 win in a conditioned event for pacers. Driven by Steve Warrington, the eight-year-old OK Bye gelding quarter-poled to the front in :29.1, breezed to a half-mile in :58.3 and three-quarters in 1:27 and held off the charge of Kellie Cameleon in the two hole for the two length win. “Ulisee” debuted here with a 1:55.2 triumph on September 23. Trained by Tritton, this victory was his second win in eights starts this year, with both of those wins coming in the U.S. at Harrington. He was 0-for-6 prior to coming to North America. Sunday at Harrington Raceway is Rainbow Blue tribute night, in honor of the number one ranked pacer in North America, owned by K&R Racing and Teague Inc. Rainbow Blue is stabled at Harrington Raceway and will be adored by the public in a stall on the lower level of the grandstand. Following the ninth race, trainer George Teague, Jr. will parade the gifted three-year-old Artiscape filly and will receive a blanket presentation. Rainbow Blue has won 21 of 23 lifetime starts and set three track records and equaled two world records during her dominant career. She is scheduled to make her next start in the Glen Garnsey Memorial at the Red Mile on October 8.
