Delaware, OH — The opening day (Sunday, Sept. 20) of the 2015 Delaware County Fair has drawn 16 races, including three divisions of the $107,433 Ohio Breeders Championships for 2-year-old filly pacers.

The Ohio Sire Stakes champion Miss Me Yet headlines the $35,811 third division of the OBC filly pace. Miss Me Yet is owned by George Teague Jr., is trained by his sister, Brenda and driven by his son, Montrell. The daughter of I’m Gorgeous-Live Inspired has finished in the top three in all six of her seasonal starts and has earned more than $171,000.

The Teagues also campaign the expected Little Brown Jug favorite, Wiggle It Jiggleit, in Thursday’s race presented by Fazoli’s.

The second $35,811 division will feature a trio of competitive fillies. Big Bad Ashley (Josh Sutton) finished third in the OSS championship and has $105,177 in her bank account and will leave from post three. Queen Ann M (Chris Page), winner of $92,325, drew post two. Angry Shelby (Greg Grismore), the fastest filly in the field, has the rail position.

The $35,811 first division is headed by John’s Sunny Girl and driver Greg Grismore. The freshman daughter of Big Bad John-Sunshine State has won half of her eight seasonal starts and has earned $74,625 for Parent Racing Stable. John’s Sunny Girl should be challenged by Save My Tootsie (Aaron Merriman) and Naked By Nine (Ryan Stahl).
