Washington, PA — The Pennsylvania Fair Harness Horsemen’s Association advises horsemen of a general membership meeting to be held Sunday (Jan. 13) at the Indiana County Fair Office in Indiana, Pa.

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. Topics will include race schedule planning for 2013.

All are welcome to attend and are encouraged to bring a covered dish.
